Lexie Wang is an Operation Manager and a Senior Research Technician at the INSIGHT Lab.

Lexie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with double majors in Psychology and Education Policy Studies. She is now a second-year master’s student in the Interdisciplinary Studies in Human Development program at the University of Pennsylvania. Lexie's primary research interest is infant and children's cognitive development, especially children’s executive function and emotion development. She is interested in how environmental and contextual factors affect children's hot and cool executive functions, self-regulatory behaviors in both academic and nonacademic settings, and what ignites children's motivation to learn. In the future, Lexie is interested in applying to developmental psychology PhD programs.
