Crystal Tan is a Graduate Research Assistant at the INSIGHT Lab.

Crystal received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Art from Skidmore College and is currently pursuing an M.S.Ed. in Interdisciplinary Studies in Human Development at the University of Pennsylvania. She is interested in the socio-emotional development of children and adolescents, with a particular focus on how societal attitudes and stereotypes influence concept formation and perception throughout development. In the future, Crystal plans to apply to Ph.D. programs in Human Development.
